Must have full access to a gym. Must download the Free Google Sheets app from Apple Store or Google Play Store. Upon purchase your email and contact info will be collected so that I can send you the Google Sheet program. 


This program is for someone with no physical limitation. Weight loss is the overall goal. Strength days are Push Pull format with a 3rd HIIT circuit day. This is suitable for a beginner or intermidate lifter.
