Must have full access to a gym. Must download the Free Google Sheets app from Apple  Store or Google Play Store.  Upon purchase your email and contact info will be collected so that I can send you the Google Sheet program.


This program is for someone wanting to incorporate more mobility or they have concerns about mobility. There is a focus on lower body growth as well. Additionally there is a slight focus on cardio for someone who wants to improve cardiovascular through running.
