Must have full access to a gym. Must download the Free Google Sheets app from Apple Store or Google Play Store. Upon purchase your email and contact info will be collected so that I can send you the Google Sheet program.


This program is for someone with no injuries. There is a emphasis on lower body witha full day dedicated to it. Overall full body workouts in push pull format including one plyometric day and one full lower day.
